Ale kdy je ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das s n\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt? AMR)<\/strong> zvl\u00e1dnou tyto \u00fakoly bez p\u0159est\u00e1vek, bez chyb a s p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Probl\u00e9my se zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm pracovn\u00edk\u016f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u00edt a udr\u017eet spolehliv\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka do t\u0159\u00edsm\u011bnn\u00e9ho provozu je dnes pro mnoho firem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Je to investice do efektivity, flexibility a dlouhodob\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti provozu.
